COMPLETION OF MAJOR TRANSACTION

The Company is pleased to announce that completion of the Subscription Agreement and the Plantation Agreement took place on 14 October 2016.

Reference is made to the circular of the Company dated 22 September 2016 in relation to, among other things, the business restructuring of the Group involving the Subscription Agreement and the Plantation Agreement. Unless otherwise stated herein, capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the circular.

COMPLETION OF THE MAJOR TRANSACTION

The Company is pleased to announce that the conditions precedent under the Subscription Agreement and the Plantation Agreement have been fulfilled and the completion of the Subscription Agreement and Plantation Agreement took place on 14 October 2016.
