Disposal of own shares based on the key management long-term incentive programmes of Alma Media Corporation

Alma Media Oyj STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 13 June 2022 at 3 p.m. DISPOSAL OF OWN SHARES BASED ON THE KEY MANAGEMENT LONG-TERM INCENTIVE PROGRAMMES OF ALMA MEDIA CORPORATION A total of 180 389 of Alma Media Corporation's treasury shares are conveyed without consideration and according to the plan terms to the key management participating in the Matching Share Plan 2019. More details of this Long-Term incentive plans have been announced in a stock exchange release issued on 18 December 2018. The directed share issue is based on an authorization given by the Annual General Meeting held on 29 March 2022. Following the directed share issue, the number of treasury shares now stands at 17 635 shares.
