Alm. Brand A/S – Issue of employee bonds

As mentioned in the annual report for 2008 published by announcement No. 2/2009 it has been decided again this year to offer employee bonds to the employees of the Alm. Brand Group.

The employee bonds will be assigned in return for salary sacrifices and will be assigned in two phases, as per 31 August 2009 and as per 26 February 2010 respectively.

As per 31 August 2009 nominally DKK 5,851,122.98 employee bonds have been issued.
