Alm. Brand A/S – Change on the Board of Directors

Tage Benjaminsen has announced his decision to resign from the Board of Directors of Alm. Brand A/S and from the board of directors of Alm. Brand Bank A/S effective today, as he believes there may be a potential conflict of interests in relation to his other business activities.

The Board of Directors regrets Tage Benjaminsen's decision to resign and would like to thank him for his commitment to the Alm. Brand Group.
