COMPLETION OF MAJOR TRANSACTION – ACQUISITION OF PROPERTIES

Reference is made to the announcements of Alltronics Holdings Limited (the “ Company ”) dated 10 November 2015, 12 November 2015 and 20 November 2015 respectively and the circular of the Company dated 24 December 2015 (the “ Circular ”) in relation to the acquisition of the Properties located at Citicorp Centre, 18 Whitfield Road, Hong Kong at a consideration of HK$176,000,000. Capitalised terms used herein shall have the same meanings as ascribed thereto in the Circular unless the context requires otherwise.

The Board is pleased to announce that the conditions to the Preliminary S&P Agreement and the Formal Sale and Purchase Agreement entered into between the parties have been fulfilled and the Completion has taken place on 27 January 2016.
