Annual Meeting of Stockholders

To Be Held On May 25, 2017

To the Stockholders of The Allstate Corporation:

The Allstate Corporation (NYSE: ALL) (“Allstate”) has changed the location of its Annual Meeting of Stockholders scheduled for Thursday, May 25, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. Central Time. The date and time remain unchanged.

Allstate’s Annual Meeting will be held at Allstate, West Plaza Auditorium, 3100 Sanders Road, Northbrook, Illinois 60062. The new location is another building on Allstate’s main campus across the street from the former location.
