Section 708A Notice: Share and Option Issue

The Company has today issued 226,692,142 fully paid ordinary shares and a 1:2 free attaching option under a Placement announced on 21 December 2020 and a further 12,500,000 options on the same terms as the attaching options as part of the fees paid to the Lead Manager. Further details are contained in an Appendix 2A released on 24 December 2020.

The Company hereby provides notice to the ASX for the purpose of section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act that it has issued shares without disclosure under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act.

The Company states that as at the date of this notice:

• it has complied with the relevant provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act as they apply to the Company and Section 674 of the Corporations Act ; and

• other than set out in the paragraph below it is not aware of any excluded information within the meaning of Sections 708A(7) and 708A(8) of the Corporations Act:

As advised in the 2020 Quarterly Activities Reports the Company continues to pursue opportunities both locally and globally in commodities aligned with its strategic focus on uranium and other energy metals.
