BLOCK LISTINGS
Allianz Technology Trust PLC has made an application to the Financial Conduct Authority for a block listing of 2,888,433 ordinary shares of 25 pence each ("Shares") to be admitted to the premium segment of the Official List and to the London Stock Exchange for the Shares to be admitted to trading on the premium segment of its main market.
Shares may be issued for cash from time to time under this general block listing provided that no allotments will be made unless the lowest market offer price is at least at a premium to net asset value ("NAV").
Shares will be issued under the block listing to satisfy continuing market demand for the Shares and to manage the premium to NAV at which the Shares trade. The block listing is expected to become effective at 8:00 a.m. on 14 July 2020. Any Shares will, when issued, rank pari passu with the existing Shares of the Company.
