Publication of a prospectus

The Board of Allianz Technology Trust plc (the "Company") has today published a prospectus (the "Prospectus") in relation to a placing programme for up to 20 million new ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("New Shares").

The New Shares will be issued pursuant to the authorities granted by the Company's shareholders at a  general meeting of the Company held on 23 July 2018.

The Prospectus will shortly be available on the Company's website at https://www.allianztechnologytrust.com and on the National Storage Mechanism at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM. The Prospectus will also be made available at the Company's registered office at 199 Bishopsgate, London EC2M 3TY.
