Der Kaufpreis beträgt 3,3 Mrd. US-Dollar (6,1 Mrd. DEM). Die für die Transaktion notwendigen vertraglichen Vereinbarungen sind heute in München vom Vorstand der Allianz AG und dem verantwortlichen Management von PIMCO unterzeichnet worden.
