(b) On January 27, 2021, Jillian C. Evanko informed the Chair of the Boards of Directors (the “Boards”) of Alliant Energy Corporation, Interstate Power and Light Company and Wisconsin Power and Light Company that she resigned from the Boards and all committees of the Boards effective on January 27, 2021 in order to comply with the Boards’ policy on overboarding of directors. Jill is joining the board of directors of another publicly traded company effective January 27, 2021.
