Interim Dividend Timetable - Record Date

In the announcement of its interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2015 on 9 September 2015, the Company announced that in relation to its interim dividend of 0.366 pence per share, the record date will be 21 December 2015.

The Company would like to clarify that the record date for its interim dividend will in fact be 18 December 2015 and not 21 December 2015. All other details relating to the Company's interim dividend remain as disclosed in the announcement on 9 September 2015.
