Major Interest in Shares

Alliance Pharma plc (AIM: APH), the speciality pharmaceutical company, was today informed that, on 15 March 2013, Nigel Wray purchased 885,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company.

Mr Wray's resultant holding is 36,926,995 ordinary shares, equivalent to 15.07% of the Company's issued share capital.

Mr Wray's ordinary shares are held as follows:
