Further update on preliminary results
Alliance Pharma plc (AIM: APH), the international healthcare group, announces that the preliminary results for the year ended 31 December 2023 will not be published today, 8 May 2024. Further to the announcement on 26 April, the audit process remains ongoing and we will provide an update on revised timing in due course.
Alliance reiterates that the details provided in the full year trading update on 29 January 2024 remain accurate.
