Director Shareholding

Alliance Pharma plc (AIM: APH), the speciality pharmaceutical company, was notified on 16 June 2015 that on 16 June 2015, Nigel Clifford, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 55,696 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 39.5pence per share, and his spouse, Jeanette Clifford, also purchased 58,227 Ordinary Shares on the same date at the same price.

Following this transaction, Mr Clifford's total beneficial interest in the Company is 113,923 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.04% of the Company's issued share capital.
