Director Shareholding

Alliance Pharma plc (AIM: APH), the speciality pharmaceutical company, was notified on 17 January 2014 that the interests of Mr Anthony Booley, a Director of the Company, in the ordinary shares of the Company ("Shares") have changed as follows.  On 17 January 2014, Mrs Lynette Booley, wife of Mr Anthony Booley, sold 300,000 Shares at 33.5p.

Following this transaction Mr Booley has a beneficial interest in 4,310,723 Shares representing approximately 1.63% of the issued share capital of the Company.
