Additional Wet Lease Agreement Options with Qantas Airways Limited

  • The effective dates for the first eight options have been previously announced.

  • Qantas Airways has today exercised an additional two options, taking the total to ten.

  • • Qantas Airways have now committed to start dates for the first ten of eighteen available options.

Alliance today announces a further increase in flying activities pursuant to the Wet Lease Agreement with Qantas Airways for E190 capacity, with the effective dates of deployment of those aircraft as follows:

Aircraft 9 27 March 2022 Aircraft 10 27 March 2022

The exercise of each option is for a period of at least three years from the effective date.
