London/Madrid/Amsterdam – Allfunds Group Plc ("Allfunds") refers to its announcement made on 22 February 2023 in relation to an unsolicited, indicative and conditional public offer proposal from Euronext for the entire issued and outstanding share capital of Allfunds. The Allfunds board considered that the terms of the proposal were inadequate. Allfunds subsequently entered into discussions on terms with Euronext but no agreement was reached and discussions have been terminated.
