Łącznie w ramach Programu nabyto 4 664 941 akcji, stanowiących 0,44 % kapitału zakładowego Spółki. - Okres, w którym nabywano akcje: 26 listopada - 3 grudnia 2025 r. (na podstawie daty transakcji) - Kwota, za którą nabyto akcje (z wyłączeniem prowizji maklerskich): 148 555 781,41 zł Jak poinformowano w chwili uruchomienia Programu, jego celem jest realizacja nagród przyznanych w ramach

Title: Allegro announces the completion of its share buyback programme

With reference to the current reports No. 27/2025 and 30/2025, the Board of Directors of Allegro.eu (the "Company") hereby announces the completion of its share buyback programme announced on 18 November 2025 (the "Programme").

In aggregate, 4,664,941 shares were bought under this Programme, representing 0.44% of the share capital of the Company.
