		W nawiązaniu do raportów bieżących nr 20/2024 i nr 22/2024, Rada Dyrektorów Allegro.eu ("Spółka") informuje o zakończeniu programu skupu akcji własnych ogłoszonego w dniu 26 listopada 2024 r. ("Program").
Liczba nabytych akcji: 3 473 726 System obrotu - GPW		Łącznie w ramach Programu nabyto 3 473 726 akcji, stanowiących 0,33 % kapitału zakładowego Spółki. Okres, w którym nabywano akcje: 2 - 6 grudnia 2024 r. (na podstawie daty transakcji) Kwota, za którą nabyto akcje (z wyłączeniem prowizji maklerskich): 103 919 571,85 zł
Jak poinformowano w chwili uruchomienia Programu, jego celem jest realizacja nagród przyznanych w ramach pracowniczego programu motywacyjnego Allegro.

Title: Allegro announces the completion of its share buyback programme

With reference to the current reports No. 20/2024 and No. 22/2024, the Board of Directors of Allegro.eu (the "Company") hereby announces the completion of its share buyback programme announced on 26 November 2024 (the "Programme").

In aggregate, 3,473,726 shares were bought under this Programme, representing 0.33% of the share capital of the Company.

Period of repurchases: 2 - 6 December 2024 (based on trade date)

Number of shares acquired: 3,473,726

Venue of trading - WSE

Pecuniary amount paid for shares acquired (excluding broker's fees): PLN 103,919,571.85.

As disclosed when the Programme was launched, its purpose was to satisfy the awards granted under Allegro's employee incentive plan.
