Title: Allegro announces the completion of its share buyback programme

With reference to the current reports No. 2/2023 and No. 3/2023, theBoard of Directors of Allegro.eu (respectively, the "Board" and the"Company") hereby announces the completion of its share buybackprogramme announced on 21 February 2023 (the "Programme").

In aggregate, 725,000 shares were bought under this Programme,representing 0.07% of the share capital of the Company.

- Period of repurchases: 22 and 23 February 2023 (based on trade date)

- Number of shares acquired: 725,000

- Venue of trading - WSE

- Pecuniary amount of shares acquired: PLN 20,055,596.08

As disclosed when the Programme was launched, its purpose was to satisfythe awards granted under Allegro's employee incentive plan.
