W nawiązaniu do raportów bieżących nr 26/2023 i nr 27/2023, Rada Dyrektorów Allegro.eu ("Spółka") informuje o zakończeniu programu skupu akcji własnych ogłoszonego w dniu 27 listopada 2023 r. ("Program").
Łącznie w ramach Programu nabyto 2 172 523 akcji, stanowiących 0,21 % kapitału zakładowego Spółki.
- Okres, w którym nabywano akcje: 11-15 grudnia 2023 r. (na podstawie daty transakcji) - Liczba nabytych akcji: 2 172 523 - System obrotu - GPW - Kwota, za którą nabyto akcje: 67 570 083,15 zł
Jak poinformowano w chwili uruchomienia Programu, jego celem jest realizacja nagród przyznanych w ramach pracowniczego programu motywacyjnego Allegro.

Title: Allegro announces the completion of its share buyback programme

With reference to the current reports No. 26/2023 and No. 27/2023, the Board of Directors of Allegro.eu (the "Company") hereby announces the completion of its share buyback programme announced on 27 November 2023 (the "Programme").

In aggregate, 2,172,523 shares were bought under this Programme, representing 0.21% of the share capital of the Company.

• Period of repurchases: 11-15 December 2023 (based on trade date)

• Number of shares acquired: 2,172,523

• Venue of trading - WSE

• Pecuniary amount of shares acquired: PLN 67,570,083.15

As disclosed when the Programme was launched, its purpose was to satisfy the awards granted under Allegro's employee incentive plan.
