Treść raportu: Rada Dyrektorów Allegro.eu ("Spółka") informuje, że Zarząd Giełdy Papierów Wartościowych S.A. w Uchwale nr 389/2022 z dnia 20 kwietnia 2022 roku ("Uchwała") stwierdził dopuszczenie do obrotu giełdowego na rynku podstawowym 33,649,039 (trzydziestu trzech milionów sześciuset czterdziestu dziewięciu tysięcy trzydziestu dziewięciu) nowo wyemitowanych akcji zwykłych Spółki o wartości nominalnej 0,01 PLN każda ("Akcje"). Zgodnie z Uchwałą, Akcje zostaną wprowadzone do obrotu na rynku podstawowym pod warunkiem dokonania ich rejestracji przez Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A. w dniu 22 kwietnia 2022 r. oraz oznaczenia ich kodem "LU2237380790". Akcje zostały wyemitowane w ramach rozliczenia ceny nabycia udziałów w Mall Group a.s. i WE|DO CZ s.r.o., o którym Spółka informowała szczegółowo w raporcie bieżącym nr 16/2022 z dnia 1 kwietnia 2022 r.

to their registration by the National Securities Depository (Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A.) on 22 April 2022 and labeling them with the code "LU2237380790".

The Shares have been issued as part of the settlement of the price for the shares in Mall Group a.s. and WE|DO CZ s.r.o., about which the Company informed in detail in the current report No. 16/2022 of 1 April 2022.
