Receiptof information on the commencement of an accelerated placement of theshares of Allegro.eu

TheBoard of Directors of Allegro.eu (the "Company") hereby informs that on16 March 2021 at 5:25 pm CET, it received from an investment bankengaged in the process launched by the shareholders of the Company, i.e.Cidinan S.À R.L, Permira VI Investment Platform Limited, and Mepinan S.ÀR.L (the "Shareholders"), a copy of a press release informing of thecommencement of an accelerated placement of existing share capital, thepurpose of which is to sell to up to 76.5 million of the Company'sordinary shares entitling to 7.5% of votes at the General Meeting of theCompany.
