Title: The end of stabilisation period for theAllegro.eu IPO on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

The Board of Directors of Allegro.eu (the "Company")hereby reports that the stabilisation period for the initial publicoffering of the Company's shares (the "IPO") on the Warsaw StockExchange ended on 15 October 2020 and the over-allotment option wasconcurrently exercised in full, covering 32,032,356 (thirty-two millionthirty-two thousand three hundred fifty-six) shares of the Company("Over-allotment Option").

The terms and conditions for execution ofstabilisation transactions were presented in the section "Underwriting,Stabilization and Lock-up" of the prospectus approved on 22 September2020 (together with a supplementary prospectus of 25 September 2020) bythe Luxembourg Financial Supervision Authority (Commission deSurveillance du Secteur Financier). In connection with the IPO, MorganStanley & Co. International plc (the "Stabilising Manager") or itsaffiliates or agents had the option to undertake stabilisationtransactions for a period of 30 calendar days following the Listing Date(which occurred on 12 October 2020). As per the announcement by theStabilising Manager dated 16 October 2020(https://www.londonstockexchange.com/news-article/IRSH/stabilisation-notice/14721994),no stabilisation within the meaning of Article 3.2(d) of the MarketAbuse Regulation (EU/596/2014) was undertaken by the Stabilising Managerin the Company’s securities.

The settlement of the Over – allotment Option tookplace on 20 October 2020.

As a result, the total number of shares sold in theIPO, including the Over-allotment Option, amounts to 245,581,395 (twohundred forty-five million five hundred eighty-one thousand threehundred ninety-five) shares, which represents approx. 24% of theCompany's issued share capital.
