Rada Dyrektorów Allegro.eu ("Spółka") ogłasza daty publikacji raportów okresowych w roku 2025:
(1) Raport roczny za rok 2024: zakończone 30 września 2025 roku.	- Jednostkowy raport roczny za okres 12 miesięcy zakończony 31 grudnia 2024 r. - 13 marca 2025 r. (przed otwarciem sesji Giełdy Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie), - Skonsolidowany raport roczny za okresy 3 i 12 miesięcy zakończonych 31 grudnia 2024 r. - 13 marca 2025 r. (przed otwarciem sesji Giełdy Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie). (2) Skonsolidowany raport półroczny za okres 3 i 6 miesięcy zakończonych 30 czerwca 2025 r. - 18 września 2025 r. (przed otwarciem sesji Giełdy Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie). (3) Spółka przypomina, że zgodnie z wymogami prawnymi i praktykami spółek luksemburskich nie będzie publikować skonsolidowanych raportów kwartalnych obejmujących śródroczne skrócone skonsolidowane sprawozdanie finansowe za okres 3 miesięcy zakończony 31 marca 2025 roku oraz za okresy 3 i 9 miesięcy
W odniesieniu do pierwszego i trzeciego kwartału kalendarzowego Spółka zamiast tego opublikuje wybrane historyczne skonsolidowane informacje finansowe (w formie raportu bieżącego) oraz aktualizację biznesową (w formie prezentacji i uzupełniającej informacji prasowej). Dokumenty te będą publicznie dostępne na stronie relacji inwestorskich Grupy pod adresem allegro.eu/investors i opublikowane w następujący sposób: - dokumenty zawierające dane za okres 3 miesięcy zakończony 31 marca 2025 roku – przed rozpoczęciem sesji giełdowej w dniu 22 maja 2025 roku; - dokumenty zawierające dane za okresy 3 i 9 miesięcy zakończone 30 września 2025 roku - przed rozpoczęciem sesji giełdowej w dniu 20 listopada 2025 roku.
Spółka informuje ponadto, że zgodnie z praktyką z lat ubiegłych nie będzie publikować osobnych skonsolidowanych raportów kwartalnych za IV kwartał 2024 roku i II kwartał 2025 roku.

Legal basis: Art. 3 and 4 of the Luxembourg Law of 11 January 2008 on Transparency Requirements as amended, Art. 17 of MAR.

The Board of Directors of Allegro.eu (the "Company") hereby announces the publication dates of the periodic reports in 2025:

(1) Annual reports for 2024:

• Standalone annual report for the 12 months ended 31 December 2024 13 March 2025 (before the Warsaw Stock Exchange opening);

• Consolidated annual report for the 3- and 12-month periods ended 31 December 2024 13 March 2025 (before the Warsaw Stock Exchange opening).

(2) Consolidated semi-annual report for the 3 -and 6-month periods ended 30 June 2025 18 September 2025 (before the Warsaw Stock Exchange opening).

(3) The Company reminds that, in line with the legal requirements and practices of Luxembourg companies, it will not publish consolidated quarterly reports for the 3 months ended 31 March 2025 and for the 3- and 9-month periods ended 30 September 2025. Instead, in respect to the first and third calendar quarters, the Company will publish selected historical consolidated financial information (in the form of a current report) and a business update (in the form of a presentation and supporting press release). These documents will be publicly available on the Group's investor relations website at allegro.eu/investors and will be published as follows:

• documents including the data for the 3 months ended 31 March 2025 - before the start of trading on 22 May 2025;

• documents including the data for the 3- and 9- month periods ended 30 September 2025 - before the start of trading on 20 November 2025.

The Company further informs that, in line with its practice from previous years, it will not separately publish consolidated quarterly reports for Q4 2024 and Q2 2025.
