Title: Notification on transaction received under Art. 19 MAR
The Board of Directors of Allegro.eu (the "Company") hereby informs thaton 15 March 2022 it received transaction notification (the"Notification"), sent by Alvise Favara - a member of the managementboard of Allegro.pl sp. z o.o. - a Polish subsidiary of the Company,according to Article 19.1 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the EuropeanParliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (MAR).
The Notification relates to the financial instruments linked to theCompany's shares, awarded under the Company's incentive plan ("AIP",Allegro Incentive Plan).
The detailed information on the AIP is provided in the Company'sconsolidated annual report for 2021.
The Notification (in the version amended by Mr Favara on the same day)has been attached to this report.
