The Board of Directors of Allegro.eu (the "Company") hereby informs thaton 12 May 2022 it received transaction notification (the"Notification"), sent by Jonathan Eastick - Executive Director of theCompany and Group Chief Financial Officer, according to Article 19.1 ofRegulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of theCouncil of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (MAR).
The Notification relates to the financial instruments linked to theCompany's shares, awarded under the Company's incentive plan ("AIP",Allegro Incentive Plan).
