The Board of Directors of Allegro.eu (the _quot;Company_quot;) hereby reports thatthe Company received major shareholdings notifications forms, attachedhereto as attachments, from Cidinan S._#224; r.l. and Permira VI InvestmentPlatform Limited, as voluntary notifications in line with articles 8 and9 of the Luxembourg Law of 11 January 2008 on transparency requirements,as amended (the _quot;Law_quot;) on 26 January 2022 and 1 February 2022.

The Company noted that the ownership percentages of Cidinan S._#224; r.l. andPermira VI Investment Platform Limited have been disclosed on theCompany's website since 17 March 2021. These voluntary notifications onmajor shareholdings are in line therewith and do not represent a changefrom this previously disclosed information.

The Company has issued this report in compliance with article 11 (6) ofthe Law.
