W nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego nr 43/2022 z dnia 22 grudnia 2022 r., Rada Dyrektorów Allegro.eu ("Spółka") aktualizuje informację dotyczącą daty planowanej umowy pomiędzy Allegro Pay sp. z o.o. ("Allegro Pay", spółka w 100% zależna od Spółki), Aion Bank SA/NV oraz Vodeno sp. z o.o. ("Umowa") w zakresie nowych produktów opartych o model Banking-as-a-Service ("BaaS"): Umowa nie zostanie zawarta w ogłoszonym wcześniej planowanym terminie 28 kwietnia 2023 r. Umowa zostanie zawarta w późniejszym terminie, w związku z toczącymi się pracami nad szczegółami dotyczącymi produktów i usług, które będą oferowane w modelu BaaS. Plan wdrożenia pozostaje bez zmian. O zawarciu Umowy Spółka poinformuje odrębnym raportem bieżącym.

Title: Extension of the deadline for concluding the agreement among Allegro Pay sp. z o.o., Aion Bank and Vodeno regarding the launch of services in the Bank-as-a-Service model

Legal basis: Article 17 of MAR - inside information

With reference to the current report No. 43/2022 of 22 December 2022, the Board of Directors of Allegro.eu (the "Company") hereby updates information about the date of planned agreement between Allegro Pay sp. z o.o. ("Allegro Pay", a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company), Aion Bank SA / NV and Vodeno sp. z o.o. (the "Agreement") in the scope of new products based on the Banking-as-a-Service ("BaaS") model: the Agreement will not be concluded by the previously announced planned deadline of 28 April 2023. The Agreement will be concluded at a later date, due to on-going work on details of products and services that will be offered based on the BaaS model. The plan for the implementation remains unchanged. The Company will inform about the conclusion of the Agreement in a separate current report.
