Title: Selected preliminary consolidated financial data for Mall Groupand WE|DO for the financial year ended 31 March 2022

With reference to: (i) current report No. 14/2021 of 4 November 2021 onthe execution of an agreement to acquire Mall Group a.s. and WE|DO CZs.r.o. (the "Acquired Companies") and (ii) current report No. 16/2022 of1 April 2022 on the closing of the acquisition of the AcquiredCompanies, the Board of Directors of Allegro.eu (the _quot;Company_quot;) herebyinforms that it has received preliminary consolidated financialstatements from the management of the Acquired Companies in respect totheir financial years ended 31 March 2022.

The preliminary consolidated financial statements have been preparedunder the same accounting principles used by the Company and providerelevant and comparable financial information on the performance of theAcquired Companies in the twelve month period immediately precedingtheir acquisition on 1 April 2022. The preliminary consolidatedfinancial statements remain subject to annual audit process which -pursuant to the information received by the Company - is progressing buthas not been finalised as at the date of this current report.

Selected financial information from these financial statements isattached to this report.

The preliminary financial information is published solely to provideinvestors with the most up-to-date and comparable financial informationavailable for the 12 months immediately preceding the date of theacquisition. This financial information is subject to update as a resultof annual statutory audit of the consolidated financial statementsreferred to the above and may therefore still be subject to change.

Consolidation of the financial results of the Acquired Companies by theCompany will begin from 1 April 2022.
