The Board of Directors of Allegro.eu (the "Company") hereby informs thaton 9 December 2025 it received a transactions notification (the"Notification"), sent by Tom Ruhan's family foundation - a personclosely associated (PCA) with Tom Ruhan - Company Secretary and Memberof the Management Board of Allegro sp. z o.o. (Company's subsidiary),
according to Article 19.1 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the EuropeanParliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (MAR).
