The Board of Directors of Allegro.eu (the "Company") hereby informs thaton 8 April 2022 it received transaction notification (the"Notification"), sent by Alvise Favara - a member of the managementboard of Allegro.pl sp. z o.o. - a Polish subsidiary of the Company,according to Article 19.1 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the EuropeanParliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (MAR).

The Notification relates to the Company's shares, vested and released asa first tranche of the award, granted to Alvise Favara under theCompany's incentive plan, about which the Company informed in thecurrent report No. 12/2022.
