Cidinan S.à r.l. ("Cidinan") would like to inform you that, as a result of a block trade settled on 10 October 2023 (the "Block Trade"), it has reduced its shareholdings in Allegro.eu from 262,928,572 shares (262,928,572 voting rights) to 228,155,845 shares (228,155,845 voting rights), representing a reduction from 24.88 % to 21.59 % of the total voting rights in the Company.

We note that this notification is strictly of a voluntary nature, as no mandatory threshold under article 8 of the law of 11 January 2008 on transparency requirements in relation to information about issuers whose securities are admitted to trading on a regulated market has been crossed in connection with the sell down in the context of the Block Trade. Thus, this notification is made for courtesy reasons only and to keep the Company informed of Cidinan's exact position (of shares and voting rights) in the Company. If so desired by the Company, this notification may be published in the form of a press release on the website of the Company.
