	Midco S.à r.l.) i Santander Bank Polska S.A. w celu ułatwienia finansowania nabycia 100% akcji w spółkach Mall
	Group a.s. oraz WE DO CZ s.r.o, Rada Dyrektorów Allegro.eu aktualizuje powyższą informację, infomując o
	podpisaniu w dniu 31 maja 2022 roku aneksu do Dodatkowego Kredytu, zgodnie z którym termin spłaty Kredytu
	został przedłużony, z końca września 2022 r. (jak ustalono poprzednio), do końca września 2023 r.

Title: Signing of an annex to the Additional Facility for financing the acquisition of Mall Group a.s. and WE|DO CZ s.r.o.

With reference to the current report No. 20/2021 of 9 December 2021, concerning the establishment of a committed PLN 1,000,000,000 bridge term loan financing (the "Additional Facility") between Allegro Treasury S.à r.l. (previously: Adinan Midco S.à r.l.) and Santander Bank Polska S.A., in order to facilitate the financing of the acquisition of 100% stake in each of Mall Group a.s., and WE|DO CZ s.r.o.), the Board of Directors of Allegro.eu hereby updates the above mentioned information, by announcing the signing of an annex of 31 May 2022 to the Additional Facility, under which the maturity date of the loan was extended from the end of September 2022 (previously agreed) to the end of September 2023.
