The Board of Directors of Allegro.eu (the "Board" and the "Company", accordingly) hereby announces that it received today a notification from Paweł Padusiński, the non-executive director of the Board, that he will step down with effect from the date of the forthcoming annual general meeting.

The Board would like to express its thanks to Pawel for being such an insightful and valuable member of the Board during the last seven years. The Board understands that Pawel has decided to move on from MidEuropa Komisja Nadzoru Finansowego

and the Board would like to wish Pawel the best of luck for his further career moves.
