Resignation of a member of the Management Board of Allegro sp. z o.o.

Legal basis: Article 17 of MAR - inside information

The Board of Directors of Allegro.eu (the _quot;Company") hereby reports thaton 12 September 2023, Mr. Alvise Favara resigned from the position ofmember of the Management Board of Allegro sp z o.o., a wholly ownedindirect subsidiary of the Company, and other positions held within theCompany's group, with immediate effect. Alvise Favara has indicated thathis resignation is for personal reasons.

Alvise Favara will remain available until 31 March 2024 to ensure asmooth transition of functions to his successor as Chief CommercialOfficer (CCO).
