Title: Transition of the Chairman and member of the Board of Directorsof Allegro.eu to a successor

The Board of Directors of Allegro.eu (the "Board" and the "Company",respectively) hereby announces that it has received today a notificationfrom Darren Huston that he intends to transition his role as Chairmanand Director of the Company in the coming months to a successor.

Darren has been with the Company for coming on seven years this Januaryand has been very proud to see the Company expand its business four-foldin that time, punctuated by our successful IPO in October 2020. Lookingforward, he believes Allegro.eu is now well positioned and the platformset for us to realize strong and profitable growth in the years to come.

Darren supports engaging a recruiter to begin the process of seeking hissuccessor. He will also continue to fulfill the responsibilities of hisposition until a successor is found and a smooth transition has beenexecuted.
