Title: Changes in the composition of the Management Board of Allegro sp.z o.o.

Legal basis: Article 17 of MAR - inside information

The Board of Directors of Allegro.eu (the _quot;Company") hereby reports thefollowing changes in the composition of the Management Board of Allegrosp z o.o., a wholly owned indirect subsidiary of the Company.

(1) Mr. David Roberts resigned from the position of member of theManagement Board with effect from the date hereof. Mr Roberts willremain employed by the Group in the position of Chief Technology andProduct Officer (CTPO);

(2) Mr. Tom Ruhan was appointed as a member of the Management Board witheffect as of 2nd April 2024.

Tom Ruhan joined Allegro in 2018, he is the Chief Legal Officer andCorporate Affairs Director of Allegro sp. z o.o. and the General Counselof the Company.

Prior to Allegro, Tom Ruhan worked as Of Counsel for 12 years at thePolish law firm Wardynski _amp; Partners, 11 years as Management Boardmember at the WSE-listed telecommunications company Netia SA, and 1.5years at each of WSE-listed Apator SA and Magna Polonia SA. Tom Ruhanhas been for nearly 8 years the Chair of the Brussels-based EuropeanCompetitive Telecommunications Associations and 12 years of deputy chairof SOT KIGEIT in Warsaw. Tom Ruhan is a graduate of the WarwickUniversity Law School.

He is also President of the Management Board of Allegro Foundation, andis a member of the Board of the Dorastaj z nami Foundation.
