Title: The Allegro Board today announces that it is launching a CEOsuccession process.

The Board of Directors of Allegro.eu (the "Company") hereby announcesthat it has received today a notification from Francois Nuyts that hewill step down as CEO of Allegro for personal reasons once anoutstanding successor has been identified. Moreover, the Company informsthat it is launching a succession process for the Allegro CEO. Thesearch will look at both internal and external candidates.

Francois Nuyts joined Allegro as CEO in August 2018. He has since ledthe Company through its successful Initial Public Offering in October2020. The Board of Directors would like to thank Francois for hiscontinued commitment to the Company. In the Board's assessment Francoishas done an excellent job in building operational discipline in theCompany and setting it on a new direction for further growth andinternational expansion in the coming years.

Francois intends to remain as CEO until the end of 2022 or until asuccessor has been identified and onboarded, whichever is earlier.
