Changes in the composition of the Management Board of Allegro.pl sp. zo.o.

The Board of Directors of Allegro.eu (the "Company") hereby informs thaton 27 August 2021, Allegro.pl sp. z o.o. ("Allegro.pl"), a wholly-ownedsubsidiary of Allegro.eu, received Mr. Damian Zapłata's resignation,with immediate effect, from the Management Board of Allegro.pl and hisrole as a Chief Commercial Officer.

In his resignation letter, Damian Zapłata emphasized that, nearly a yearafter the successful initial public offering of the Company, it is theright moment to step down and take up new professional challenges.Damian wishes the entire Allegro team good luck and further successes.
