Legal basis: Luxembourg Law of 24 May 2011 on the exercise of certainrights of shareholders in general meetings of listed companies andimplementing Directive 2007/36/EC of the European Parliament and the ofthe Council of 11 July 2007 on the exercise of certain rights ofshareholders in listed companies, as amended; Luxembourg law of 23September 2020, implementing measures concerning the holding of meetingsin companies and other legal entities, as amended (the _quot;Law of 23September 2020_quot;).

The Board of Directors of Allegro.eu (the "Company") hereby informs itsshareholders that the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company (the"Meeting") will be held at the registered office of the Company at 1,rue Hildegard von Bingen, L-1282 Luxembourg on 27 October 2022 at 11:00CET.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic conditions and in accordance with theLuxembourg Law of 23 September 2020, the Board of Directors of theCompany has decided to ensure both the safety of the participants to theMeeting and the business continuity of the Company during the pandemicto hold the Meeting remotely without the physical presence ofparticipants. The shareholders are invited to participate in the Meetingand exercise their rights exclusively by a vote in writing or byappointing a special proxy holder designated by the Company.
