COMPLETION OF PLACING

Reference is made to the announcement dated 2 December 2016 (the “ Announcement ”) in relation to, among others, the Placing. Capitalised terms shall have the same meanings as defined in the Announcement unless otherwise stated.

The Board is pleased to announce that the Placing was completed on 16 December 2016. A total of 35,000,000 Placing Shares have been placed at the Placing Price of HK$2.05. The Placing Shares represent approximately 9.46% of the enlarged share capital of the Company. To the best of the Directors’ knowledge, information and belief having made all reasonable enquiries, the placees and their ultimate beneficial owners, are third parties independent of and not connected with the Company and its connected persons
