Sub: Approval from the Stock Exchanges for reclassification of Promoter and Promoter Group under Regulation 31A of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended

We refer to our letter dated June 26, 2020 and other disclosures submitted to Stock Exchanges relating to reclassification of status of the following persons from "Promoter and Promoter Group" category to "Public" category:

1) Mr. Ramamoorthy Jagadish

2) Mr. Adiseshan Saravanan

Pursuant to Regulation 31A(8)(d) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended, this is to further inform that Stock Exchanges i.e. BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited have approved the above mentioned reclassification vide their respective approval of even date August 25, 2020.

Accordingly, the abovementioned persons will no longer be reflected in the "Promoter" or "Promoter Group" category in the shareholding patterns of the Company.
