Dear Sir/Madam,
Subject: Allotment of Bonus Equity Shares
In continuation to our intimation dated December 20, 2023 and December 21, 2023 and Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company on January 04, 2024, has approved the allotment of 73,70,86,572 (Seventy Three Crores Seventy Lakhs Eighty-Six Thousand Five Hundred and Seventy Two) Equity shares of ₹2/- each as fully paid up bonus equity shares, in the ratio of 3:1 i.e. 3 (Three) bonus equity share of ₹2/- each for every 1 (One) fully paid up equity share to the eligible members, whose name appeared in the register of Members / list of beneficial owners as on Tuesday, January 02, 2024 , i.e. the record date fixed for the purpose.
Consequently, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased from ₹49,13,91,048/- (Rupees Forty Nine Crores Thirteen Lakhs Ninety One Thousand And Forty Eight Only) divided into 24,56,95,524 (Twenty Four Crores Fifty Six Lakhs Ninety Five Thousand Five Hundred And Twenty Four) Equity Shares of ₹2/- each to ₹196,55,64,192/(Rupees One Ninety Six Crores Fifty Five Lakhs Sixty Four Thousand One Hundred and Ninety Two Only) divided into 98,27,82,096 (Ninety Eight Crores Twenty Seven Lakhs Eighty Two Thousand and Ninety Six ) Equity Shares of ₹2 /- each.
