Sub: Intimation of Record Date for allotment of Bonus Shares
In furtherance of the outcome of Board Meeting held on November 10, 2023 and in accordance with Regulation 42 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (the “ Listing Regulations ”), we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company has fixed Tuesday, January 2, 2024 as the Record Date for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders for allotment of bonus shares in the proportion of 3:1 i.e. 3 (Three) new equity shares of ₹2/- (Rupees Two) each for every 1(One) existing equity share of ₹2/- (Rupees Two) each held by the shareholders of the Company, subject to the approval of shareholders by way of postal ballot through e-voting process.
The aforesaid information shall be made available on the Company's website at www.allcargologistics.com.
