Sub: Intimation under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, regarding acquisition of the additional 30% stake in Ecu-Line Saudi Arabia LLC by Ecuhold N.V., Wholly owned subsidiary of the Company (“WOS”)

In accordance with Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (the “Listing Regulations”) read with Part A of Schedule III of the Listing Regulations, we wish to inform you that Ecuhold N.V. has acquired additional 30% stake in Ecu-Line Saudi Arabia LLC for a consideration of SAR 10 million. Vide Agreement dated August 05, 2025 entered into between Ecu-Line Saudi Arabia LLC and Ecuhold N.V. Accordingly, Ecuhold N.V. now holds 100% stake in Ecu-Line Saudi Arabia LLC.

Details as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P /0155 dated 11th November 2024, is attached as “ Annexure-A ”.
