Sub: Intimation of Completion of sale of 9,12,00,000 Equity Shares of Haryana Orbital Rail Corporation Limited held by Allcargo Logistics Limited to Allcargo Terminals Limited, Promoter Group Company.
Ref: Disclosure pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
In continuation of our earlier intimation dated October 30, 2024, in terms of Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (the “Listing Regulations” ) read with Part A of Schedule III of the Listing Regulations, in relation to the sale of its 9,12,00,000 Equity Shares of Haryana Orbital Rail Corporation Limited ( “HORCL” ) held by the Company to Allcargo Terminals Limited (“ATL”) , Promoter Group Company.
We would like to further inform that the Company has transferred 9,12,00,000 Equity Shares in HORCL to ATL and completed the transaction for sale of shares. Accordingly, HORCL has ceased to be an associate Company.
The aforesaid information shall be made available on the Company's website at www.allcargologistics.com.
