Sub: a. Prior intimation of the date of Board Meeting for considering the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2023; and
- b. Raising of funds upto ₹ 500 crores by way of issuance of Secured/ Unsecured Non-Convertible Debentures and/or Bonds, subject to approval of the Members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
Pursuant to the Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (the “ Listing Regulations” ), a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday, May 29, 2023, to consider and approve, inter alia:

(i) The Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2023 as required under Regulation 33(3) of the Listing Regulations; and
-
(ii) Raising of funds upto ₹ 500 crores by way of issue of Secured/Unsecured Debentures and/or Bonds, subject to approval of the Members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
