Re-appointment of Mr. Shashi Kiran Shetty (DIN: 00012754) as the Chairman & Managing Director of the Company, liable to retire by rotation, for a period of 3 (three) years with effect from April 01, 2025 to March 31, 2028 (both days inclusive), subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company at the ensuing 32[nd] Annual General Meeting of the Company.

Appointment of Mrs. Swati Singh as Company Secretary and Compliance Of�icer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company.
These appointments are in compliance with Companies Act, 2013, SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“SEBI LODR”), and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
